Jenny Rausch, C.K.D.
Owner and President
When you work with Jenny Rausch, CKD, owner of Karr Bick Kitchen and Bath, you can count on getting an honest opinion. Her straightforward attitude, determination and talent make her popular with clients – from a family designing a dream kitchen to a contractor rehabbing a home.
With more than ten years of experience under her belt, Jenny has worked with all types of spaces and all ranges of budget. Owning her own business has been her goal since entering the industry and she is dedicated to making Karr Bick the place to go in St. Louis for kitchen and bath design.
Jenny received her degree in Textile and Apparel Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She began working in interior design before specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. She worked as a kitchen and bath designer with RSI Kitchen and Bath for more than eight years, several of them as showroom manager. She is a certified kitchen designer and president of the local chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. At Karr Bick, Jenny is responsible for sales and marketing and heads the design staff. |

Todd Rausch
Owner and
President of Operations
Todd Rausch, co-owner of Karr Bick Kitchen and Bath, is the type of person you would trust with your home – he’s a perfectionist. And he expects every project he oversees for Karr Bick to reflect his desire for quality and perfection.
Todd began working in the construction industry as a framing carpenter. After gaining experience working for a builder, Todd started his own company, Rausch Construction. Todd and his employees rehabbed houses for resale and completed renovation projects for homeowners.
At Karr Bick, Todd is in charge of warehouse, construction and installation. His responsibilities include bidding jobs, overseeing installation and, of course, ensuring that each project meets his high standards. |
